At the United Independents Merch Store, every item we sell is made-to-order through a trusted production partner. That means each piece is custom-created when you place your order—helping us reduce waste and support independent operations. Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing.
All products are made individually when you place your order. Because of this:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or incorrect orders submitted at checkout.
We do not stock inventory, so replacements can only be made for items that are defective or incorrect.
Please check sizing charts, product details, and order summaries carefully before completing your purchase.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Report the issue within 14 days of delivery to ensure we have time to submit the claim to our production partner.

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
We’ll evaluate the issue and, if eligible, submit a claim for a free replacement or refund.
⏳ Claims submitted after 30 days of delivery cannot be processed.
We do not accept returns for the following:
Buyer’s remorse or wrong size
Face masks or other sealed hygiene items (due to health & safety concerns)
Gift cards or digital products
Sale or promotional items
If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, the shipment may be returned to our fulfillment facility. If this happens, you’ll be responsible for reshipment costs after we confirm an updated address.
Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned and may be donated to charity after 30 days. Reshipping fees apply if you want the order resent.
EU residents have a legal right to return most online purchases within 14 days of receiving them. However, this right does not apply to made-to-order or personalized products, per Article 16(c) and (e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
Because all United Independents products are made-to-order, we reserve the right to deny return requests unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Delivery times may vary based on country and customs regulations. United Independents is not responsible for additional customs or import fees once a package has shipped.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. They are written in English, and any translations are for convenience only.
